4) What's going on?
Well, the AMM that people are providing in is sending orders to the DEX.
The way that the AMM expresses X*Y=K is in how it sends those orders.
I spaces them out so if you trade on the book, the DEX will auto-rebalance!

a) a DEX fast enough to have an on-chain matching engine (dex.projectserum.com)
b) a chain fast enough to process orders ()
c) an AMM build natively to compose with orderbooks

Any way to add liquidity using ledger? From what I saw seems is not possible.

how does ledger work on sollet.io ? dont see any option to access over U2F , thought this was coming later

if you plug in your ledger + use ledger live for Solana it theoretically works
yea im not sure how to get this to work either, cant find out how to get sollet to do U2F connection when accessing wallet
