For SOL holders: I recommend staking using hw wallet via Solflare
I keep small amt on Binance and FTX, hotwallet on Sollet. But long-term staking bag is safe in own custody

yeah ledger has some bugs in its windows interactions
I've always wondered why this is, for such a seemingly simple technology anything like U2F/ledger integration seems so insanely buggy on windows
