This sounds great. For today's deposit I am trying out a domestic wire to FTX, and if it goes well I can save a bit on fees going forward.

For today, my deposit sent from my bank via another exchange arrived at my FTX account at least a few hours earlier than my deposit sent directly to FTX.

yeah depending on your country you might be fastest using somewhere with a local account. FTX has active ones for USD, AUD, BRL, and EUR right now, with a few more coming.
