2) First, we should have had stricter controls on which accounts could push signal updates. This is our fault, and earlier tonight we significantly increased the old security around it, moving it closer to in line with the security we have around trading functionality.

they won't tell since why would they? it could be absolutely made up story, you wouldn't know. That's why you need DEX. Nobody can do anything, it's just up to you what you do. Cex is old news. But time will sort it out. At least one fact is right: everything rise and fall
