5) No members of the Blockfolio team wanted this to happen. But we are all responsible for our product and will be doing what we can to fix this. I'll also be donating to the ACLU today, as will a number of other staff members.

This is exactly how you handle a situation like this. Swiftly and without pointing the finger elsewhere. Credit where credit is due, mate. It's unfortunate that this happened, but well done on handling it the way you have.

How can you say it’s part of an older system not up to date with industry standards... but people (including me) can’t even access our accounts on @blockfolio ? We aren’t idiots... you’re talking to people who can put two and two together. Be transparent.
Signals is such a great program for development teams. We use it extensively to reach out to our community. Hope you can mitigate the risks to prevent incidents like today from reoccurring while maintaining the community interaction Signals provides dev teams. Good luck, Sam.

The active and quick response is appreciated. I love @blockfolio and feel reassured the response.
Given the nature of the content, I would recommend that you direct the donations to and given their direct interaction and focus on the support of black people

I'd be happy to give to one of those as well.
Want to write a brief post on each or pros/cons of them?
