1+week later and verification still "in-progress", would have assumed this was an automated system? Dno why it's taking so long

From an end-user PoV, there's no feedback or estimated time for verification, if I was new to the space would just assume its bugged - give up and download a different app

DM me yoru email and I can take a look. There is an automated system but not everyone's submissions pass it.
