Why is FTX saying we 'ARE NOT APPROVED' to trade this product? Including my partners acct dmsenterpriseslimited@gmail.com ? We have submitted docs 4 KYC level 2, still waiting 4 approval. Frustrating. FTX is still the best platform bar none, sick we r missing this
