Sam, I love everything you are doing with FTX, but am afraid this is not true.
It’a a CFD (derivatives contract) with the German partner firm, no?
It says so in the docs... I checked because it makes a huge difference for taxes for me unfortunately.

as far as I can see ALL of the FTX "spot" stock markets show in the KID (key investor document) that is linked from the order form, that you are in fact trading a CFD with "CM-E" AG in Munich.

it's a tokenization of the equity, which itself can be redeemed for the equity 1:1 with CM-E
Either this is not true or I am completely confused... but it clearly states:
"This means that purchasers of
the Fractional Stocks & Fractional Shares have no claim to delivery of the Underlying asset nor
shareholder rights - such as voting rights.....
