Trade crypto in a exchange that have a working customer support I accidentally sent USDC to my ETH address on

, in most other exchanges ETH address is ERC20 address btw No one returned me (I’m waiting for 24 hours) Especially in that volatile market it’s a crime

Users should know that their exchange is ‘over there’ when they need it. That’s why the only thing an exchange should have is not best UI, is not the best UX, but the best customer support.

for that matter. Binance is and has always been the best exchange in customer support. If you need something, if something is wrong, you know that

is there for you. This is what a CEX user wants, this is the pure ‘innovation’.

wants FTX to become the biggest crypto exchange, he needs to create an ‘even better’ customer support than Binance, tell its crazy ‘helpful’ support stories about FTX like CZ does. As I said, sometimes innovation means ‘being there’, not much.
