This is one of the trickiest things: different people want different UIs. On the same comment thread about KYC, one user said

's was way better than FTX's, and another said FTX's was way better! Ideally there is flexibility. Maybe we should come out with a retail app!

In my opinion the FTX UI/UX is the best of all common exchanges. Moreover in comparison with binance and kraken, but kraken isn‘t for traders anyway. At first glance it may seem complicated but as soon as you start working with ftx you realize it‘s the best UI.
