Okay, so what's the easy way to get UNI tokens from FTX or Binance to a Solana wallet?

FTX one of the best and easiest for this, also can interact with the minting with MetaMask.

right now you have to go through the metamask <> sollet bridge, though really FTX should natively enable SPL UNI withdrawals

Uh solong wallet is frozen. Keeps freezing in chrome and chromium. I tried to import via sollet but shows different address and no balance. Perhaps different derivation parth?
