Some updates to fees, FTT, and staking: 1) There were 0 maker fees for 2020; 2020 has ended 2) There are now maker fees of up to 2bps for fee tiers 1-4 3) However -- stake 25 FTT to get 0 maker fees! 4) and stake 150+ FTT to get maker _rebates_ of up to 0.003%

But if we sum up . -0.025 + 0.075 = 0.05% like bybit. And if using no staked FTX acc. Total sum about like 0.09%~

That's with the worst possible settings on FTX. Taker fees are always lower than bybit for every user, and with tier 6 or VIP total fees are lower. It's true that Bybit has a larger maker rebate for everyone; that also means that it'll forever have trouble getting insto volume
