Weird so to be clear you can type in your 2FA but then when you click 'submit' it dissappears?
would you be able to take a video of it and send that to support@ftx.com?

having similar issue:
tells me i'm logged in, asks for 2fa and says its's 'invalid.'
my google authenticator has the correct time setting.
sent a ticket to support but haven't heard anything.
nervous i will lose my account!

Don't worry about losing the account, we can always recover it :)

i had a similar problem with another exchange and somehow logging in while in incognito fixed it. tried with ftx and no luck.

my coinbase got robbed the other night (none of my other exchange accounts were touched) and i moved my google authenticator to a different phone and it seems to have messed things up somehow.

oh yeah that can happen -- I think you probably had multiple things with the same FTX label or something like that
