Why is not talking about what happened yesterday during listing?
During the 1st min of trading, some trades happened but my orders got ignored.
Then order book on the GUI was a total mess. I think

sorry! The rapid price increase meant that themarket temporarily hit price bands before they were widened.

So the answer is sorry but no sorry? I’m producing a good number of fees per month, i would expect a refund on my fees for all this loss

But this didn't cause you to od a trade, right? so there was no loss and no fees?
It felt like trades wouldn’t pass. And yes, it affects when you have a system that you hit an order and order does not get passed without any message of failure. Should have communicated before for the price bands, with a popup on the page.
Sam, of course not being able to execute a profitable trade is a loss.
