You can hold whatever you want as collateral! Works for spot margin, works for futures. Fuck it, you can margin trade ETH/BTC using TSLA as collateral if you really want ;)

I don't want to hold spot ETH. Does using BTC instead of USD solve that? You already allow BTC as collateral for all other contracts How would futures differ from the ETH?BTC spot pair?
