ahhh I suspect you probably had to click accept a few times. It does a few transactions--first adding the appropirate token accounts on your sollet, and then doing the creation

It popped up 1 time only. Then i clicked another time after few minutes. It kept asking approval for creating token account, but not deposit. And the term "Creation" is a bit confused. Not "Mint", not "Deposit", not the term we usually used in DeFi.
