sollet only takes SPL. But you can either: a) convert with FTX b) send USDT_ERC20 to Metamask and then convert to SPL using sollet serum-academy.com/en/serum-dex/s

you can just deposit USDT to the ERC20 address, and then withdraw to an SPL address
