1) So much of the value that's produced comes from peak performance. Sometimes it's called flow, or adrenaline, or genius; it's something all of us have, now and then. Because so much of value is catching lightning in a bottle, and something has to charge up that lightning.

3) Here are some things that were peak performance, for what they do. I don't mean to endorse what they represent or did, just their style and execution, at least for a brief moment. Not all of them are _good_. But they're all _great_.

13) There's one last rule of peak performance. Half the time, it hits the world like a meteor. Half the time, you never even know it happened. Because either it's good or it's bad for it to be known; and it's peak performance, so whichever is better happens without compromise.
