Looks like I called out the problem in Solana months before it happened. twitter.com/CollinCusce/st…

Not totally sure about that -- he def passes (1), but jury's still out on (2) and indicatively I think it might be somewhere in between "hard to tell, claim was vague" and "that's not what happened"

(To be clear, it's still bad that this happened! It's no more or less bad because some people on the internet might have mistaken it for a different bad thing. Though it's not great form to kick someone when they're down but also be wrong about the kick. Which maybe he isn't!)

He doesn't kick anyone, and his followers say "he told you so", this is the lightest reaction one could get in this crazy space where thousands of scams exist. Not suggesting solona is scam but it could have been more attentive to critiques now it's time to listen.

yeah this is a tricky case -- I'm pretty sure that the public perception of what happened is wrong but it's really hard to tell it he knew that or what he thought given how vague his statements on it are. Mostly I think he was being kind of a dick here (and happened to whiff).

Maybe it’s not possible to have it not be a little prickly when people have money on the line? I don’t know. I really like the topic. I definitely have certain lines (which most people may think are mild) that if I see someone cross I’d never work with or trust them.

I suspect there'll be anything explanatory later either. it was and is very natural to think that Solona had outage due to design fault cos of initial discussions & 's warning. If Solona don't know what went wrong by now, they'll probably never. Design faults repeat.
