Would people be excited about once-a-day orderbook auctions on FTX? Like how stocks have closing auctions at 4pm EST; this would probably be auctions (both for spot and futures) at midnight UCT or something like that.

I doubt this is useful and just adds extra work for not much benefit as I can see. Auction occurs only for markets that takes breaks I reckon.
