Focus on functionality, execution, stability, speed, latency, etc... during peak volatility today I was unable to access my open orders for about 15min. It ended up fine and no losses, but it’s unacceptable not to have access to manage orders, especially during peak volatility.

I've sent an email to support team with my circumstance but I get the feeling you guys will push back saying reduce only orders worked the whole time. Its hard to close a position when you cant see what your position is in the UI, and it happened to many.
