Focus on functionality, execution, stability, speed, latency, etc... during peak volatility today I was unable to access my open orders for about 15min. It ended up fine and no losses, but it’s unacceptable not to have access to manage orders, especially during peak volatility.

you're not alone mate, I got rekt as well, couldnt edit my orders for 20-30 minutes or see any open positions

I was also unable to access my open orders for 15 minutes and sadly had big losses as they didnt show on the positions page and couldnt edit them. Hope @FTX_Official fix their shit in future, this is a bad look twitter.com/zzabbits/statu…
