what is the best way there? guessing there's a standard fast/free interbank GBP transfer you're looking for?
(Note: we do have SEPA for EUR, but only wire transfers for GBP.)

Yeah, basically can setup to withdraw to bank via account number / sort code only
Withdrawals take only a few seconds. Meanwhile FTX wire transfers say they'll take 2-3 days, and banks like Monzo etc (popular in UK) don't support receiving international payments

Some good transfer options for the UK via FasterPayments transfers.
Also if having issues with banks, Scottish Banks have a lot more regional sovereignty, that's what we used when I was last at an exchange.
