Be prepared for an influx of people who think tweeting = marketing.
One of the toughest things to hire for as unlike coding where if you aren’t a dev you know it because you can’t code, most people who speak English and tweet think their a marketing guru.

lol. Yeah, crypto marketers are all about tweeting, bots, spam centers in third world countries and influencers with a 1% engagement rate.
With respect, most who can be lead on day to day are usually already involved in projects. The issue with this industry is often the lack of expertise or experience.
