1. They dictate the size I can trade based on past trading volumes of my last month so, if low volumes ie, not many trades taken, they punish me when I do wish to use the platform by not allowing me the size I want, not even close.

2. When I wish to trade there are no simple orders that are linked for their margin cross or isolated, I have to wait to be filled before putting a stop in.

3. Transferring collateral into margin be it isolated or cross requires too much effort and far too much confusion. If I struggle with it then god help new traders.

I would love to be able to have an easy to use platform and would be more than interested in helping out then sending myself and my clients over.

I am also asking really, really nicely to fill the gap and provide us what we want. Do you have other options that allow for good liquidity and the ability to short alt's against BTC?

yeah we were just talking about this in a meeting today, a few things to iron out but definitely doable!
