5) In other words: does it actually serve a useful purpose, or is it all hype? There are a _lot_ of licenses in the world. Some can be crucial; some are irrelevant to a business. But they _all_ show up on pitch decks and twitter feeds.

6) Similarly, if your goal is "hire a great colleague" you might or might not end up with someone from Goldman. But If your goal is "announce that you hired a colleague who will sound great", you _definitely_ will.
