So just to confirm, can short TRUMPFEB contracts at 11 cents? Doesn't that seem too rich, TRUMP was trading closer to 1 cent - why would the market be pricing a 1/10 chance of him being president by Feb?

that's correct -- not sure why; maybe the market is crazy, or maybe the odds are decently high of it.
