Hmm... I understand this is an unusually complex election, but the rules favor the initial “results” and do not seem to take into consideration the inevitability of disputes and recounts at the local, state and federal level.

1- Trump may not be able to dispute “results” until "results" are in, or after criteria 3 (electors) and/or 4 (media) have been satisfied.
