I’m amazed by anyone who defeats a stutter. I never knew it about him until this election.

With all due respect to Joe & his stuttering challenge, he has, at minimum, early-onset dementia. I'm no doc, but I worked in a nursing home in college, and I saw it many times. The rapid nature that organic brain syndrome deteriorates someone's mental faculties is frightening.
