2) They'll settle if either: a) official tallies show a winner b) all of NYT, 538, 270towin, Fox, and CNN have called the election for (a) to be true, it'll need the states to have released sufficiently final tallies. That might or might not happen.

3) If neither of those happen, it'll end up settling to whoever is president on 2021-02-01.

So your saying if the news sets on Biden wins but trump takes it to the Supreme Court over the voting and trump wins the Supreme Court voting and keeps President the contracts will set at $0 for trump

you guys can’t turn interest off for the President futures? I mean trump already stated they he will take it to the Supreme Court and if it does and trumps wins what happens to the people that had trump tokens and trump ended up winning

er sorry I don't mean interest payments (there aren't any!) I mean tying up capital in risk, i.e. you couldn't withdraw profits for months
