a) they have ideas of what to do
b) they ask lots of clarification questions
c) they ask for small features when necessary
d) mostly they work around roadblocks on their own
e) they actually release features. Fast.
Of course. This is how it supposed to be and how Switched on people work.
Same when I worked in startup incubators.
Hustlers can have lots of questions and want support but at some point they get out there and try - even if they fail. They move fast and keep trying.
Others seem stuck in a holding pattern.
