It's specific to Tesla cars from the past that the government had waived certain taxes for some clean emissions push. I'm always surprised there's so few accidents on Garden Road with all the cars just rushing to get home in the Midlevels.

It's very simple: Not many people can afford to own a car due to taxes and parking fees. Public transportation is great anyways. So the ownership of fancy cars is skewed heavily
