The real defenses against this:
a) use a password manager that warns if the URL doesn't match
b) be on the lookout for things that look weird. If anything seems off, check to confirm.

Step up your anti-phishing at no cost:
1) 2FA all your accounts
2) Use something like @LastPass & install the browser extension
3) Set it to "auto fill in login info" for your verified sites
4) Site which LastPass doesn't auto fill login info is potentially phishing site
