1) In general, DEX volumes are low today. But Serum volume is up. Why?

2) Most DEX volume right now is farming based: either directly farming, or getting the right coins to farm. Serum doesn't have much farming yet (though it will soon). Instead Serum has.... you know, trading. Because it's fast and cheap and liquid.
