The decrease was kinda weird because afaik there was no news related to it, and its been kinda negated by this recent rise up (its when btc also had that weird 10220-10420 wick) wondering if someone sold trying to ignite fomo / someone just wanted to gtfo of OKB

another (probably way more likely theory) i have is someone is just buying up OKB accounts at pretty hefty discount and nuking any assets that would nuke on a negative okex outcome (afaik abs worst case situation if funds are seized china tries to make smaller investors whole)
