What about the things which are harder to value than spending though, that have a tangible impact on lives worldwide? This seems to me like a very narrow way to assess the value of a vote, and whether it's worth your while to vote.

100% agree -- mostly didn't go down that path b/c it's too vague
and b/c I think something like "idk, take budget impact, and then multiply by 4 for other things" is a kinda ok approximation
