Which exchanges are used to compute the index price? I don't think your doc has been updated...

The FIL index will contain whichever of Binance USDT, Huobi USDT, Kraken USD, Gemini USD, OKEx USDT are live at October 16, 3am HKT. Until then, there will be no funding payments on perpetual futures.
