It's clear that FIL is very hot right now. That doesn't say whether it will go up or down in the future.

I try to disclaim if there's a particularly large position I know about.

Unless you are providing OTC desk for FIL or MM for FIL IOU on Biki exchange, I guess it can't be part of your inventory.
So we are talking about intentional investment via ICO or a private deal.
