FTX | Assessment after ~2 months on the app and on web. Mainly market orders (testing slippage in best/worst case scenarios before committing more funds to exchange).

1. TradingView integration is buggy - one expects stuff to work - it doesn't. Duplicate orders, e.g., when there aren't any (see test below).

2. No way to change orders individually from Positions page nor from Orders only market close or delete.

3. Limit Orders close to price often get filled as taker and not maker - this has happened to others I have spoken to.
4. Futures slippage huge on market orders.
5. PnL Updates - this is a bone of contention among many FTX users. Slow slow slow. Portfolio updates lag!

6. support is helpful - but probably inundated like the devs.
7. Why 2 apps on the Apple store when you recommend using only 1? Confusing.

And finally, I get the feeling that it's all too much too fast. I believe the best intentions and look at what the team has achieved in such a short time. Truly impressive.
But, we all know in crypto that the"Devil is in the detail."

So, I'm sticking around (for the time being) to see whether things improve...
If anyone has a better option - shill away and I will give it a go.

Thanks for the feedback!
A few questions:
a) when you see PnL lagging: is that on the POSITIONS box on trade pages, or somewhere else?
b) I'm guessing you're aware that you can edit orders from the POSITION box on trade pages, right?
a) the wallet lags. Positions good. Just a pain when you have to look at all the positions across accounts individually.
b) yes... but would be so much easier from just one page. All positions (incl. sub accounts). One button to rule them all?
And 🙏🙏

(a) I _think_ we've sped it up recently. Are you looking at 'Balance' or 'Available Balance'?
