It was just an example, people spend millions of dollars on “art” some NFTs are the digital equivalent

Difference is, Mona Lisa is tangible.. digital prints are not. You could probably get a higher quality ones for the price. Is it worth it though ?

This is the most honest response I've seen from folks who don't get NFT art. 99% of folks don't get irl art. Only natural they don't get the digital variant. Digital art (and artists) is 1000% more approachable. You're far more likely to come across digital art you get. Maybe.
