I miss parts of NYC -- best city in the world, in some ways.
I also found it really lonely.
Mostly because finance/media/fashion doesn't tend to be my 'type'. In many ways the compactness was conducive to friendship.

Lived there for a decade. I love the old SF. Shit changed way too much. I moved to LA and love it here all things considered. I just hope the world returns to some degree of normalcy.
