Sushi supply will be *hardcapped* at 250m. In addition, 2/3 of the existing SUSHI emissions will be locked up for 6 months.

Does this mean emissions are *both* reduced by 66%, and the remaining 1/3rd will be split into [1/3 immediate + 2/3 locked], or will the current emissions be the same as they are now but only 1/3rd becoming available immediately?
