A rogue transaction registered a trade on Uniswap for 1 $UNI at a price of 1 ETH, there's a huge wick on our chart because of this. The blockchain is immutable, the trade is valid, but should we remove this trade from our record and re-render the candles? etherscan.io/tx/0x57b5cbe10

I remember you once removed a trade from FTX charts a while back b/c it wasn't a true trade- what do you think?

It's one the to change a trade price -- that is really breaking censorshiplessness It's another for a service to chance the information they display to communicate more clearly -- that seems way less bad to me. I often ask: is anyone retroactively hurt? Here I don't think so.

Thanks Sam, in the example mentioned on FTX, was the individual trade still available untouched via your trades API for reference/analytical purposes and just the candle was adjusted to reflect the outlier?
