2) NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

3) First, off, I'd like to echo others in congratulating Uniswap. This was by all definitions a well done, successful launch; all the more so given the pressure.

4) So what's my vision for Sushi? Well Sushiswap is the Sushi community's. And so it should be what they want it to be. What I would do is below. But that doesn't need to be what Sushiswap does!

5) First, I would implement margin trading. It's not that hard! You compose

with it. This would be baller. Look at ftx.com/volume-monitor. Do you want to have margin? Yes. Yes, you do.

6) Second, I would make most of the SUSHI airdrops vesting over a year. That solves a collective action problem, and allows people to retain the yield without as much selling pressure. I'd also probably decrease them a bit.

7) Third, I would give incentives for anyone to build on Sushiswap. You can already compose yield if you give yield of Sushiswap LP tokens and then stake them on Sushiswap. I would make this clear, and I would also make adding a market super simple and reward active new ones.

8) And fourth -- yeah ok you guys know what this one is. But seriously, 1-second-settlement and $0.00002 gas is awesome. And it's on-chain, on an L1 -- you can compose directly there!

9) Look at your DEX. The back to Serum. Then back to your DEX. Then back to Serum. This is the DEX your DEX could feel like, if you built on Serum. serum-academy.com/en/dex-list/ I guess.... I'm on a horse?
