In your opinion, is there a distinction b/w the "Serum ecosystem" & the "Solana ecosystem" or do you see them as effectively the same?

Different -- Serum ecosystem is a subset of Solana ecosystem -- though so far most of Solana is on Serum.
But that needn't be the case! E.g. a messaging app on Solana.
So when you describe Serum as
"it's also a baller L1 -- and so as it grows you can stay in the Serum ecosystem, all composable and on-chain, all fast and cheap."
are you referring to Serum or Solana?
