Hi Sam, I just went to sollet.io but can't find the metamask integration. Got prompted to create a new wallet instead. Am I missing something here

Once you have a sollet.io wallet, click on e.g. RECEIVE under SOL

Okay, so it looks like I can: 1) Trade SOL for USDC 2) "Settle" USDC to my sollet wallet 3) "Send" from sollet wrapped USDC to my metamask wallet 4) Recieve in USDC (for about $5 in gas) So about $7 in gas for the full round-trip.

Yup -- the main cost is the ETH gas cost when you go to/from Ethereum.
