SUSHI buyback: if snapshot.page/#/sushi/propos ends with an avg of 560k or less (currently ~400k), then snapshot.page/#/sushi/propos will be executed. This would cause the treasury to use the $14m ETH to buy back SUSHI on Tuesday, 9/15 from 1am-2am UTC, TWAP, on Sushiswap SUSHI/ETH pool.

exactly. just what i was thinking: dump after rewards. pump at the buyback. dump after buyback. best thing to do would be to pace that buyback to stabilize price. may a lil at first then increase amount over time.
