It is possible but I see three problems 1. Dev pool. We need to hire

2. Orderbook DEX relies on MM rather than LP. If AMM, it stands better chance. 3. Adoption. Still early days for SRM. So, fork probably will have even less volume.

so I think that if you dig into what's needed even just to keep the current DEX running, by the time you get to the world "crank" you'll get a sense of exactly how much more there is going on in Serum than an AMM and exactly how hard it would be to functionally fork

Probably my satire was not too obvious 🤔 I meant to have a successful fork, We need the entire core team of Solana and full blown MM skills and user adoption. Though not from core team, I’ve observed the herculean effort from outside in getting this up and running

Yep, all the Insiders on alert now pointing out the enormous difficulty of such endeavor and urging everyone not to bother attempting something like that themselves. Honestly just trust them, they're the only ones who can do it 😂 What goes around comes around Sam.
