The "no" votes should be deducted from the totals which would mean Zippo came in 9th.

Should have been. decided to step out anyway. However, places have been ranked by Yes only from the start, which might have affected the decisions of the voters. Better set the rules crystal clear next time, or not forget to do an important subtraction while coding😅
