Sushi updates:
1) canceled old migration because it used Nomi's key
2) once we're confident migration code works (could use some edits, as others have said), will start 48h countdown
3) multisig nomination ongoing; then vote on SUSHIPOWAH for it
4) snapshot.page/#/sushi/propos
